We work on your projects in the order you set, completing 3-4 concurrent tasks each day depending on your plan. As soon as we finish one project, we immediately move on to the next in your queue. Submit unlimited design requests for you or your clients through our dashboard. Our Standard and Pro subscriptions support up to 4 concurrent projects at a time, with a 48-hour average delivery per project. All designs are delivered via your own branded cloud storage portal, where you can easily share and manage client feedback. We handle all revisions promptly.
How many requests can I have at once?
Depending on your plan, you can have up to 4 design projects running simultaneously as long as they’re from different service categories. Each subscription supports up to 4 concurrent projects across our 6 core service categories:
- Graphic Design
- Motion and Animations
- Video Editing
- Product, UI/UX, and Website Design
- Website Development (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify)
- Sales Funnel Development (ClickFunnels, Kartra, High Level)
Each category has specific concurrent project limits:
- Graphic Design: Up to 3 concurrent projects (like a logo, billboard, and illustration pack)
- Motion Design: Up to 2 concurrent projects
- All other categories: 1 project at a time
For example, with one Pro subscription seat, you could have:
- A logo design project (Graphic Design)
- A presentation design (Graphic Design)
- A landing page redesign (Product & Web Design)
- An animated video (Motion Design)
all running at the same time, because they’re from different service categories.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes! Submit as many design requests as you need. We work on 3-4 requests at a time (based on your plan) with 48-hour average delivery. Once a project is delivered, we immediately start on your next request. Need more concurrent projects? Simply add extra subscription seats.
How will I communicate with your team?
We believe in clear, written communication to ensure accountability and track project progress. You’ll have access to our dashboard where you can submit briefs and track your projects. For direct communication, we offer Slack Connected channels for premium Slack users, plus live chat support Monday through Friday. Need help? Our support team is also available via email at service@reelunlimited.com with 24-hour response times.
Can I connect with your team on Slack?
Yes! Standard and Pro plan subscribers get access to a dedicated Slack workspace for instant support during business hours and daily updates. Note: Slack integration isn’t available for one-time projects or Starter plan subscribers.
What happens if I don't like the designs?
At Reel Unlimited, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If a design doesn’t meet your expectations, you can use our revision tools to provide detailed feedback. Comment directly on the design using our markup tool or Figma’s native features, depending on the project. Your feedback will be immediately sent to our design team, who will implement the requested changes. We offer unlimited revisions with all our plans, and our team aims to complete most revisions within one business day. We’ll keep refining the design until you’re completely satisfied.
How do revisions work?
We’ve made the revision process simple and efficient to ensure you get exactly what you need. Our unlimited revision policy means you can refine designs until they’re perfect for you and your clients.
For regular designs:
- Use our white-label markup tool to comment directly on designs
